Lodges - Rifugi

From the terminal of the Sagersboden chairlift, on the routes leading to the Vannino Lake, there are the Rifugio Myriam situated in Alpe della Balma and the Rifugio Margaroli situated in Diga del Vannino.


 
The Rifugio Margaroli is situated on a peak linking the Vannino Alp to the dam of the Vannino Lake. You can reach it from the town of Valdo with the Sagersboden chairlift and then proceed walking along a path for about one hour and a half: the lodge is a good-starting point for a lot of trekking routes in the Formazza Valley.
